Starting a new document by using an old one as a template
You can start a new document in Office 2013 by copying one you worked on recently. Simply click on File >Open > Recent Documents
Edit a PDF in word
No need for expensive PDF editing tools such as Adobe Acrobat. You can now do this directly in Word 2013. Go to File > Open > Computer then click the ‘Browse’ button. When the explorer window pops up, change the drop down box above the Open & cancel buttons to PDF. Now open your PDF.
Move a block of text in word
Highlight the block of text you want to move then press ‘F2’ on the keyboard. Select the location you want to move it to then press ‘ENTER’.
