Junior IT Helpdesk Engineer
As a Junior IT Helpdesk Engineer at Pro Drive, you will be providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our client base.
What will your day look like?
- Providing end user, cloud and infrastructure support and management to our diverse client base
- Receiving and sending goods for client jobs and projects
- Performing checks on backup and DR systems
- Updating documentation
- Logging timesheets
- Working with senior engineers on escalated tickets
- Delivering exceptional levels of customer satisfaction
- Working with the team to help grow our business

What we are looking for:
- Experience in an IT support role is not required, rather a genuine interest in kick-starting a career in IT
- Experience of working within a team in an office environment
- You will have taken part in some form of self-study towards an industry recognised certification, for example CompTIA, Microsoft etc.
- A motivated individual who is ambitious for progression within the company
- Enthusiasm and desire to learn and embrace new challenges
- A passion for new and exciting tech
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- You can take the client perspective and ‘put yourself in their shoes’
- A team player who enjoys working with and supporting colleagues
- Full driving license and own transport essential

Salary
£20K-£22K depending on experience.
