Websites play an incredibly important role in many of our businesses and more than ever form the first point of contact with both existing and prospective customers. And whilst many of us take the lead from experienced design professionals in creating our site, how often do we seek feedback on it?
Peek is a new service by a company called UserTesting that promises a free review of your website in about 6 hours – all you need to do is enter your contact details, website and email addresses on their homepage.
We have done this at Pro Drive and we received back a very interesting video walkthrough of our website by an American reviewer with some useful insights – on the back of which we are implementing some changes. We are also doing the same with our mobile website.
