As part of our ongoing commitment to improving our customers’ experience Pro Drive is in the process of rolling out the new ProView app. We are really excited about the features the app provides which currently include:
- Submitting, viewing and updating service requests (such as adding and removing users)
- Reporting faults
- Accessing IT systems user guides
- Request quotations for hardware and software
- Access self-help and training resources
Additional features will continue to be added over the coming months – all designed to make your life easier.
If you already have the app you may have noticed the yellow icon in the ‘system tray’ area on your PC. If not, you will be contacted by your account manager shortly.
