10:45– 11.15 How to get started with AI
We cover best practice for getting started on your AI journey, common obstacles and how to overcome them and mitigating any risks along the way.

- Microsoft 365 Copilot a more advanced set of tools and is integrated into Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and other Microsoft 365 apps.
- It is compatible with Microsoft 365 Business and Enterprise plans and costs circa £300 per person per annum.
